[UNVRS] is a new venue that will host world-famous DJs at the best parties in Ibiza. It will launch in 2025 with ELROW, a spectacular show with immersive visuals and sound.
The wait is over — Carl Cox is back! In an announcement that has sent shockwaves through the electronic music world, the legendary DJ and producer is making a triumphant return to Ibiza in summer 2025. This time, he’s bringing something extraordinary: a brand-new residency at the island’s highly anticipated venue, [UNVRS].
A New Era of Sunday Nights
“This is more than a comeback; it’s a reunion with the island that shaped so much of my journey,” Carl Cox shared. “I’m ready to take it back to what it’s all about—unfiltered, soul-stirring music. Sundays at [UNVRS] is something I really want Ibiza to experience. It’s the night I believe the island should have.”
The Venue: [UNVRS]
Pronounced “Universe,” [UNVRS] is Ibiza’s newest and most ambitious venue. Built on the former site of the iconic Privilege, [UNVRS] is being billed as the world’s first “hyperclub.” Combining the glamour of high-end clubbing with the scale and spectacle of arena events, [UNVRS] is set to revolutionize nightlife on the White Isle.
The venue is the latest venture from The Night League, the masterminds behind Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza. Yann Pissenem, CEO and founder of The Night League, expressed his excitement: “Carl Cox at [UNVRS] isn’t just an event; it’s history in the making. Carl’s legacy is inseparable from Ibiza’s story, and with this new residency, we’re setting the stage for the next era. Sundays will never be the same again.”

With over three decades at the forefront of dance music, Carl Cox is a true pioneer and global ambassador for club culture. His iconic 15-year residency at Space Ibiza—which ended in 2016—is still celebrated as one of the most influential periods in Ibiza’s history. Since then, Cox has graced stages at DC-10, Amnesia, Pacha, and other legendary venues, consistently pushing boundaries and elevating the scene.
Carl Cox’s return to a regular residency marks a significant moment for Ibiza. Known for his meticulous curation, he promises a series of events that focus on “musical authenticity, boundary-pushing curation, and an unshakable commitment to the dancefloor.” Expect line-ups featuring the biggest names in house and techno, with full details to be announced soon.
