San Diego’s Horizon Music Festival has announced its 2024 headliners for when the event returns to the city’s downtown Waterfront Park this June 22 and 23.

A new partnership will see Horizon promoters Five Group and Night Access team up with Insomniac to collaboratively produce this year’s two-day event. The move will also facilitate headline performances from two of electronic music’s most globally in-demand artists: Tiësto and ILLENIUM.

It will be a return performance for Tiësto at Horizon this year, after he headlined last year’s open-air festival. The international dance music icon will give those who missed out on his set at Horizon 2023 a chance to dance to his massively influential hits on Saturday, June 22.

On day two, Sunday, June 23, melodic bass superstar ILLENIUM will return to Southern California. Just a few hours down the road from Los Angeles, where he recently brought his acclaimed Trilogy show, San Diegans will now have a chance to get on the action of the larger-than-life spectacle that is an ILLENIUM live show.

No support lineups have been confirmed for Horizon 2024 just yet, but the festival has announced that more acts will be revealed in the coming weeks. Last year’s Horizon festival brought sun-kissed vibes from Loud Luxury, Imanbek, Thomas Jack and more.

In news related to Horizon’s headliner announcement, ILLENIUM revealed that he has a new collaboration with Tiësto in the works in a recent interview with Billboard. With both artists converging on sunny San Diego this summer, Horizon could prove to be an excellent chance to hear the new single in person ahead of its release.

Pre-sale registration for Horizon Music Festival 2024 is now available here. Pre-sale ticket access will begin tomorrow, Thursday, March 28 at 10AM PT. General on-sale will follow on Friday, March 29 at 10AM PT. For more information check out the festival’s Instagram page or visit their official website.
